Nature's Source Crunchy Snacking Cookies - with Muesli Crunch, Bokomo
Recipe:
Ingredients
•300 g Nature’s Source Muesli Crunch
•2/3 cup (75 g) whole wheat flour
•7 tbsp (100 g) salted butter
•1/2 cup (150 g) Golden Syrup
•1 large egg
•1/2 tsp baking powder
Method
Combine Nature’s Source Muesli Crunch and flour in a large bowl.
In a medium pan, melt the butter over low heat then remove from heat, add the golden syrup (or honey) and mix well.
Beat the egg in bowl and set aside.
Mix butter and golden syrup and combine with the beaten egg. Stir thoroughly then add to muesli and flour. Stir until fully combined.
Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough onto a baking tray leaving about 2-3 inches between each cookie.
Bake about 20 minutes in 170°C heat, until golden.
Allow to cool before enjoying. Store for up to 5 days.
